Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading technical building suppliers in the region for over 80 years. Around 90 employees work at our location in Bad Marienberg and as part of our large-scale projects throughout Germany - from office buildings to shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, residential properties to sports and event facilities.

Your tasks

You have an overview of and responsibility for the competent handling of your major construction sites in the HVAC trade, while reporting to the project manager
As our on-site contact person, you will work closely with the construction management and the other trades and regularly take part in construction meetings
In coordination with the management and the project manager, you organize the personnel allocation and coordinate our assembly team on site
You take care of material planning and work closely with the purchasing department
You document the construction progress, are responsible for the supplement management and work together with our technical office in this regard
They carry out regular quality controls and thus ensure the quality standards for our customers

Your profile

You have completed training as a system mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology and have extensive knowledge in the areas of system hydraulics and sanitary technology
They have many years of experience in handling large construction sites
You can gain unlimited experience in the areas of measurement and control technology as well as fire protection on our construction sites

You share your enthusiasm for really large and well-known HVAC construction projects with the Theis team
You have a class B driver's license

With us, no two projects are the same, we learn from each one. We coordinate daily on the construction sites and work closely and easily with our colleagues at the company headquarters.
